• How do credits work?

  Each AI chamber consumes credits per use. Tarot reading: 1 credit per spread. Custom Spell: 2 credits (1 to refine). Dream Journal: 2 credits (1 to dig deeper). Rune Cast: 1 credit. Numerology: 1 credit. New users get 3 free credits with no account, daily refills with a free account.

• Can I get a refund if a chamber doesn't work?

  Yes. If a chamber fails to generate or save your output, your credit is automatically refunded. If you're unhappy with a successfully-generated artifact, write to support and we'll review case by case.

• What's the difference between the chambers and the library?

  Chambers are paid AI tools that generate something specific to you (your spell, your dream interpretation, your rune cast, your numerology chart). The library is free reference content — symbol meanings, herbs, crystals, etc. — that you browse without using credits.

Account & billing

• Do I need an account to use Lucky?

  No. You can use 3 free tarot readings without signing up. An account gets you free daily credits, saved reading history, the chambers, and access to your data across devices.

• How do I cancel a subscription?

  Subscriptions ship in our next release. When they do, you'll cancel from /account/subscription with one click — no contact-support email required.

• How do I delete my account?

  From /account, click 'Delete account.' You get a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, then a full data purge. We don't keep anything after deletion.

Sessions with Omkar

• What's a session?

  A one-on-one tarot reading with the human Omkar — the same practitioner who built the studio. Sessions happen via Google Meet. Bookings open at /sessions.

• How is a session different from the AI tarot chamber?

  The AI chamber is fast, available 24/7, and built for everyday questions. A session is for the deeper work — life transitions, recurring themes, decisions you can't see your way through. The AI is trained in Omkar's voice; the human is Omkar.

The library

• Is the library really free?

  Yes. All 1,200+ library entries across 18 traditions are free to read, no account required. The chambers (paid AI tools) and sessions (one-on-one with Omkar) are the only paid surfaces.

• Can I trust the library content?

  Library content is written with care and reviewed for factual accuracy and cultural sensitivity. We're explicit when something is modern reconstruction vs. attested historical practice. We don't fear-monger, and we don't make medical, legal, or psychological claims.
