This page outlines the general refund standards for credits and appointment purchases made through the platform.
Credit purchases
All credit purchases are final. Credit purchases are non-refundable. Please review package details carefully before completing checkout.
Appointments
Appointment payments may be eligible for refund only when the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or where a business-side exception is expressly granted.
Reschedules and exceptions
When operationally possible, approved changes may be handled as reschedules instead of refunds. Any exception remains subject to review based on booking timing, payment state, and platform policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds may require additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, and original payment method involved in the transaction.
