Stichtite is magnesium chromium carbonate, typically occurring in soft lavender to pink. Primary source is Tasmania, Australia (the namesake — named for mine manager Robert Sticht). Mohs 1.5-2.5 — very soft. Often combined with serpentine as atlantisite.
